Hello Charmers! Hope you're having a great weekend and the lovely sunny weather outside made you feel more positive and productive. I've started a Fashion Scrapbook in my Midori Traveler's Notebook and wanted to share my progress with you. #midoritravelersnotebook #travelersnotebook #stationery #scrapbook #journal #fashion
Midori Traveler's Notebook
I started using the Midori Traveler's Notebook a few years back, as I needed a journal I could customise for different occasions as and when I needed. It's not just a great companion for your travels and journalling on the go, but also for everyday notes, diary or scrapbooking. Different inserts allow you to customise the layout, as well as the overall look of the journal. So you can have as many or as few inserts in one Midori as you'd like. Or even set up a separate Midori notebook for a completely different use.
I actually have a couple myself, one for just my creative doodles and scrapbooking. The other one is more like my daily one for more general use and this is where I keep my diary, to do lists, keep track of the books I read and fashion documentaries I watch etc. So as you can see, there's endless ways of how you can customise your notebook, as creativity really has no limits.
I discovered the company properly for the first time while visiting Japan. As they have several limited edition Midori Traveler's Notebooks that are Japan exclusive (not just the different colours) with specific prints and customisable options of the cover pages, which is really cool. They don't actually have that many stores in Tokyo, but you can usually get some of their products in your local Tsutaya store, which is handy.
Traveler's Factory is where it's all at - a heaven on earth for stationery lovers. Place to chill and browse all the stationery bits you might ever need. With a relaxing cafe upstairs where you can journal away in peace and let the hours pass you by. Traveler's Factory is located in a back alley in Nakameguro, Tokyo. One of the most picturesque sights especially during the cherry blossom season. There's also one in Tokyo station now and one at Narita Airport.
For those of you interested, you can purchase Midori Traveler's Notebooks in Europe as well. For example, here in London, you can easily get the Midori, as well as the various inserts and other brass products at the JP Books store, as well as the London Graphic Centre. But I've even seen them on sale in Foyles, so their reach is spreading far and wide now.
But enough about the notebook itself and onto my latest fashion scrapbook creations. Please browse the gallery below:
